The upper limbs have 64 bones and the lower limbs have 62 bones, 28 bones form the head, and the trunk is composed of 62 bones.
The main ones being the skull that protects the brain, the femur to protect the legs, the ribs that protect the lungs and the heart, the spine allows us to keep our body upright.
There are also the smaller bones such as the anvil, the hammer, and the stirrup and are located in the ear. All these bones that shape the skeleton participate in the formation of blood, the mineral reserve, and the energy reserve.
